Ms. Celina M. Cho is a founder and managing partner of Cho & Leigh PC. Ms. Cho's practice is exclusively in the areas of immigration and nationality law before U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services, Immigration Court, U.S. Department of Labor, U.S. Department of State, The Board of Immigration Appeals, The Administrative Appeals Office, and The Board of Alien Labor Certification Appeals. Ms. Cho is entirely dedicated to serving individuals and corporations in all aspects of immigration.
Ms. Cho has successfully represented over 10,000 clients located throughout the United States and overseas in a wide range of immigration matters that include: employment-based and family-sponsored green cards; nonimmigrant visas with a focus on intra-company transferees, treaty investors/traders, H-1B specialty occupation, and individuals of extraordinary ability; naturalization; waivers of inadmissibility and removability; appeal to BIA, AAO, and BLACA; and deportation defense. Ms. Cho graduated with a BA degree in English Language & Literature from Ewha Woman's University and an MBA from Sogang University in Seoul, Korea. Subsequently, she attained a law degree from New York University (LLM, Taxation). Ms. Cho is admitted to the Supreme Court, State of Arizona, and she is a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), American Bar Association (ABA), and American Institute of Certified Public Accountant (AICPA).
